I Collaboration
It all started with a sketch my design director, Andrea, brought to my desk. She had an amazing idea for a custom ceiling system, but there were a lot of variables for us to figure out. I thought this would be a great project to introduce my love for parametric design.

II Parametric Design
The main goal of this project was using parametric design to bring the design director's vision to life. Designing with manipulatable geometry allowed our design team to make informed decisions on the best intervention for this specific space.
III Visualization
Using Grasshopper through the RhinoinRevit plugin allowed for real time manipulation and analysis of the design. Topics like ceiling plenum space, structural system integration, and HVAC placement were able to be discussed at the same time as which slat section would be the most appropriate visually.
