A Playful Approach
This brief proved to be one of the most challenging I have undertaken while in design school. An outdoor furniture collection was to be designed with a focus on play, inclusion, and connection to our living systems as a strategy for placemaking. Sving stool draws inspiration from a part of many of our childhoods that embodies it all: a tire swing.
